For those who are playing, someone said you could buy airports from the Japanese version for use in the English version here, is that true? I tried searching Google for the instructions on how to do that and I come up with nothing. Honestly, it's close enough to the 7110 (FAA ATC Rules) that if you're familiar with those or even have a basic understanding of air traffic control, you'll be able to jump in and just start going, you won't even have to use the tutorial. I know I'm shilling at this point but I wanted to make a post and just say thanks to the devs and spread the word that this is freaking awesome as an ATC sim and you should most definitely not let a few arcade features or the games setting scare you off. If you're on the fence I'd say go for it, it's going to be better than nearly all the other simulators you can currently find, and the sim is built on a foundation all the way back from 98 and it really shows, the game-play is what shines the most, even little touches like clearing an aircraft for take-off while they are still taxing will cause them to taxi on the runway and commence the take-off without coming to a dead-stop, which is exactly what would happen at the pilots discretion most times in real life, and allows for "No-delay" departures. Obviously you would not be working multiple positions at once, but at the end of the day this simulation portrays really well exactly what ATC is. On the surface you may see the time gauge and efficiency meter and feel like it takes an arcade approach and while there's some arcade elements it's just such a good ATC simulator. The graphics are not great but man, the mechanics, the functions, the UI, it all just works so well and delivers an extremely immersive and realistic experience especially when compared to some of the other Tower sims on the market, which also have out-dated graphics but suffer from super poor game-play and mechanic design.
The number of liveries available for download will expand over. So, I've been playing ATC sims since the 90s, starting with Xavious ATCC, while also playing sims such at ATC Pro (The absolute best TRACON and STARS simulation you could find, unfortunately health issue of the developer caused the sim to stop being updated, and it's in an extremely buggy state, I would not recommend it which is horrible because it's so close to being the best ATC sim since ATCC v1) Atc Simulatore 2, Wilco Tower!, etc.

It is the job of the ATC to issue instructions to ensure the 'safe and expeditious flow' of air traffic landing and departing the Tokyo International Airport.
As an ATC, you will issue instructions for route clearance, ground control, tower control and approach/departure control. I am an Air Traffic Controller 3: Tokyo Big Wing allows the user to act as the air traffic controller (ATC) at the Tokyo International Airport.
